Anya Ysabella Hussain-Songwriter
Anya is a twenty-year-old composer studying Music Composition at Coventry University. She started young, writing songs at the age of nine and performing at festivals around Milton Keynes with her various bands. At sixteen, she became completely obsessed with writing film music and composed a score for a short, post apocalyptic film called ʻRemnantʼ directed by Thomas Dexter premiered in Wolverton in 2013. Then, sponsored by Holland and Barrett, she composed a film score for ʻThe Invention Of Loveʼ before staring at Coventry.
'Two Brothers' is in response to letters written by the brothers Stallard describing the terrible conditions at the front, and in particular for the civilians of Belgium that they met.
